Osieq Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Osieq Android app, osieq.com, and connected Osieq services.
Your account
Provide accurate registration information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person's account, automate abusive requests, manipulate scores or rewards, commit fraud, or use Osieq in a way that violates applicable law. Community activity is also governed by the Community Guidelines.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Osieq a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and moderate the service. You must have the right to submit it. You may report content or block a member in the Community screen.
Educational and entertainment use
Osieq provides educational lessons, quizzes, and puzzle games for general learning and entertainment. Osieq is not a mental-health, medical, healthcare, therapy, counselling, diagnostic, treatment, monitoring, or crisis-support service. It does not provide health assessments or professional health advice. Scores, suggestions, and game results are not professional assessments and should not be used to make decisions about health, employment, insurance, or other important matters.
Rewards, purchases, and third-party services
Blue Coins, also called Osieq Coins, are virtual reward points earned through eligible free-entry skill tournaments. They may only be redeemed in the Osieq Market for eligible physical products, subject to stock, eligibility, verification, delivery availability, and any published promotion rules. Yellow and Green Coins are activity and game-progression units. No Osieq coin can be purchased with real money, sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or staked or wagered. Coins are not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, or an investment and have no cash value. Osieq may correct balances affected by error, fraud, abuse, or rule violations. Third-party fulfilment services have their own terms and may be changed or discontinued independently of Osieq.
Moderation and suspension
We may restrict features, remove content, suspend an account, or terminate access when needed to enforce these terms, protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We consider context and severity when reviewing reports. To ask about a moderation decision, email support.osieq@gmail.com.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Osieq reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, Osieq is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy, deletion, and updates
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. You may use the account deletion page to request deletion. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; material updates will use a new effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
